How do you turn on Private Messaging?

Click on the User Cp on the toolbar above. Then under Settings & Options click on Edit Options. Then under Messaging & Notification scroll down to Private Messaging and check the box entitled Enable Private Messaging. Then scroll down and click on Save Changes. You should be good to go from there. <!-- / message --><!-- / message -->
